- Training of municipal management controllers to ensure the monitoring of expenditures, the compliance of financial commitments and the analysis of performance.
- Development of dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and periodic reporting procedures.
- Implementation of costing and variance analysis methods to better control public resources.
