  • Implementation of a budget tagging (CBT) and monitoring and reporting (MRV) system for the identification, classification and reporting of climate projects.
  • Development of practical tools: reporting templates, nomenclature, correspondence matrix and dashboard.
  • Capacity building of national actors to ensure the sustainability of the system.
